Position : TCR SPV
- Job Description :
- Dealing with all types of tenant issues as they arise and providing the necessary solution
- Creating a database of all past, current, and future (interested/potential) tenants for archiving and records purposes.
- Handling of new lease, lease renewal, lease expiration, negotiation and all other leasing matters.
- Accepting tenant deposits and monthly rent; providing them with receipts; assisting in tenant check-in & check-outs; advising and checking up on tenants; establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with tenants.
- Ensure that all documents, tenant information, rent invoices, contracts, maps, etc. are properly filled, updated and maintained on a regular basis.
- Organizing promotional events, press conferences, open days, exhibitions, etc
- Effectively managing website, email, phones, and social media accounts.
- Requirement
- Male or Female
- Age max 30 years old
- Graduated min Diploma (D3)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer Literate
- Good personal and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and highly customer service oriented
Position : Engineer
- Job Description :
- Melaksanakan kegiatan yang telah ditentukan oleh atasan dengan baik.
- Melakukan inspeksi dan pencatatan ( checklist harian ) secara rutin.
Mencatat pemakaian listrik - Melaksanakan kegiatan schedule kerja kerja yang telah dibuat sesuai jadwal.
- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan dengan atasan. of all past, current, and future (interested/potential) tenants for archiving and records purposes.
- Requirement
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
- Pendidikan maksimal SMK listrik/elektro/setara.
- Berpengalaman di bidangnya selama 1 tahun lebih.
- Terbiasa bekerja di tegangan rendah maupun tinggi.
- Mampu menangani Mechanical(mesin), Electrical(listrik), dan Plumbing(perpipaan)
- Bersedia bekerja shifting.
- Dapat mengoperasikan genset secara manual / otomatis
- Mengerti sistem lift dan escalator
- Mengerti fire alarm system
- Mengerti sistem AC(Air Conditioner)
